Hermont is a multidisciplinary professional services group with offices in Surat, Jaipur, Delhi and Dubai. Alongside these offices, we work closely with a network of associates in cities across the country, which gives the firm a presence that extends across India and lets us support clients wherever they are based. For over 35+ years we have advised businesses, promoters and families on decisions that carry real weight, from raising capital and structuring transactions to managing taxation and meeting the demands of a complex regulatory environment.

Much of what our clients face does not sit within a single area of expertise. A financing decision has tax implications. A transaction calls for both commercial and regulatory judgement. A succession plan brings together questions of family, ownership and wealth. Because our financial, commercial and advisory teams work within one firm, these matters can be addressed in a coordinated way, without a client having to move between different advisers for each part of the problem.
